Bridleview is a neighborhood in unincorporated King county that is bounded by Kirkland, Redmond, and Bellevue Washington.  The neighborhood has a great sense of community.  We are an easy commute from the city centers of the three bounding communities and only 20 minutes from downtown Seattle.  The sense of community is enhanced by several things, including the horse paths and the swimming pool, but mainly the people who end up living here.  There are many subdivisions around the park, but the size of this one gives it enough variety for different folks to find kindred spirits and interests.  The fact we have second, and hopefully soon, some third generation homeowners here attest to its livability.  Where else can you have horses, acreage, and be within walking distance of commuter buses, groceries, pharmacies, a health club, and THREE espresso stands!
