At least two of the above committee members must review and sign this form before construction can begin. All affected Bridle View lot owners will be notified by the applicant of the construction project. The applicant is responsible for collecting the signatures above. If affected homeowners have any questions or concerns they must notify the Architectural Committee within five days of notification from applicant.

Please attach a copy of the building plans including the location of new construction in relation to lot lines.
