*I just spoke to Peter Dewey, UW Transportation Services Manager, and he
*said that they are opening up Metro service to Husky games at the
*Kingsgate Park & Ride this fall. Kingsgate P&R will be in addition to
*the Houghton P&R, S. Kirkland P&R and Eastgate P&R for eastside bus
*service to Husky stadium. He agrees that the Kingsgate P&R will service
*a lot of the customers that were going to Houghton P&R and will lessen
*the burden on the neighborhood. Let's hope so!

Please pass the word to the Neighborhood Associations that both the Kirkland Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan (long range plan) are available for viewing and copying at the City’s web site at www.ci.kirkland.wa.us.

This was a complicated project because of our numerous use zone charts in the Zoning Code and extensive maps in the Comp Plan.  Thanks to Rob Mullin in IT and Code Publishing, Inc, our documents are now on-line

Once again, It’s time to
